Dkny Kemer Stardoll'da Dkny / Mka Rc Fiyatlar?

Without faith it is impossible to please

"But without faith it is impossible to please God, because it is necessary that approaches God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him." Heb.11: 6.

A huge practical truth is this. Unbelief is the fruit of pride and is diametrically opposed to humility. The unbeliever refuses to believe in God because there is in himself, in his pride, a reason to believe. If because of some feeling or thought of mine I refuse to believe in God, I am myself making me better than him and this is idolatry. If I refuse to believe in God I am denying also the characteristics and attributes that make it worthy of confidence. There is no greater offense does not trust him, if not worthy of our faith we make Him a liar (1Jn.5: 10).

If God declares his love and I do not believe for whatever reason, I express the pride inherent in my nature. The love of God is poured freely, never attracted to the merits we do not have but for his benevolence and our need. As sinners we must give glory to God and thank our infinite being such a great God of love is concerned. When we come to God we do not think ever in the position we deserve, will never be worthy and good, but in the place He deserves in our hearts.

Detritivores Vs Decomposers

Holiness befits your house.

Sal.93 5.
Your testimonies are very sure, holiness befits your house, O Lord, for ever and ever.

human beings can live together with lies, greed, idolatry, but God can not. Sin can not be in her presence. The Lord's church is the abode of the Almighty, and it is He who rules and judges in it. It is, therefore, necessary to their legitimate children who have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, we awareness of the holiness of God, and strive to respect and honor because our works are accepted before God, and the Lord will look with favor. Not because I need to do deeds of righteousness to be saved, but that our life corresponds to the status that the blood of Christ we have achieved in the eyes of the Father.
No other attribute or quality of God is emphasized so strongly as the holiness of God. Not read in Scripture that God is Love, Love, Love, although certainly the love of our Heavenly Father escapes comprehension. You will not find either that God is Almighty, Almighty, Omnipotent, although we do not fit absolutely no doubt that creator and sustainer of heaven and earth has an unlimited power and unlimited. However, in Revelation 4:8 we see that in the heavenly worship the Lord is called "Holy, holy, holy ..."
recognize the holiness of God helps us to understand better the nature of our God, He has revealed to us to us as a God who can not bear the sin and we his children must learn that holiness befits Your house.

"Barefoot."

"And he said: Stay away, off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground." Ex.3 5.

all know that humility is operated by the grace God invaluable. "Put in all humility, is one of the divine precepts. No doubt, knowing the greatness and holiness of our God, the most beautiful ornament for a Christian is humility.
In the call to do the Lord to Moses, the Lord commands to remove the sandals to his servant as a sign of the position to be taken by the future deliverer of Israel before his Lord and God, a position of recognition of the immensity of God and a deep sense of his own unworthiness.
There is nothing more to dishonor God and that is at the same time, more dangerous to us than a life characterized by the false humility. When under the pretext of not fulfilling qualities or conditions to face a task that the Lord calls us, we apologize to God, this is certainly not humility, that we betray before him that if it finds in us the necessary virtues we ascribe the right position or task to which we are called and what would we do without no hesitation. The ability of a servant of God depends on his Lord, who trains them and the attitude of this server must be a sincere appreciation of his own smallness in contrast to the grandeur of God.

I have found the Book of the Law ..

"I found the book of the law in the house of the Lord" 2Re.22: 8 b)
With the discovery of the Word of God began a major spiritual reforms in history the people of Israel, one that was led by King Josiah. The people had turned away from Jehovah God, to serve diligently to the gods of the nations. Listening to the Voice of false prophets which gave them a confidence and security vain vacuous, acting worse than all the nations that God was throwing before them (2Re.21: 9). Lost a succession of corrupt kings and priests had been prostituting the people abandoning the true faith and committing heinous acts in the presence of the Lord, killing the prophets of God who raised their voices to bring back the people from their evil way. This was the view that prevailed in Israel when Josiah began to reign at age 8, and much had not changed when ten years later he found the book of the law as a symbol of spiritual rebirth and hope.
When in 1507 Martin Luther entered the Augustinian order, was far from imagining that the Lord would use it as an instrument of enormous dimensions reform in faith and life of His Church. For ten years, nothing changed in the environment surrounding the student monk. The church had the faith as a dismal picture.
As in Old Testament times, many prophets were built before announcing the Word of God, to open eyes that were in darkness and bring back the wrong way for the people of God. Wyclef John (1324-1384), in England, and John Huss (1369-1415), Bohemia (now Czech Republic) were examples of those worthy prophets, pre reformers who were persecuted and the wrath of the powerful in order to serve his Lord and faithful witness His Words. The pre-reformer John Huss was martyred for the Lord. For the year 1511
Luther went to Rome and get a strong emotional impact to appreciate the luxury and corruption that reigns in "the Holy See." At about this time Pope Leo X decided to build St. Peter's Basilica and to bear the costs of constructing the sale of indulgences provided the main resource. "When a currency falls in the ark, a soul out of purgatory "that was the commercial slogan used to provide security which false prophets and false peace void of those who profit from human credulity. What to do if, as in the days leading up to Josiah's spiritual leaders have been perverted to serve his belly before his Lord, walking in and worshiping the creature rather than the Creator. Blind guides leading everyone to an irreparable ruin.
is when Luther discovered the Holy Scriptures. In the midst of a church whose leaders taught a salvation by works, and practiced the trade of forgiveness, the German priest in the Bible that passage of. Ro.1: 17 which states "But the just shall live by faith." As the Holy Book Josiah was able to give wisdom and strength to undertake his mission, Luther found in these words the light and strength to begin what God transformed into the greatest spiritual reform of all time.
In 1517, October 31, nailed to his church in Wittenberg, Germany the 95 theses that stirred the foundations of the "sacred" Roman Catholic Church. Opposing the papal power over the Universal Church, and the sale of indulgences, among other falsehoods once promoted by the church and its leaders, Luther earned the enmity of those men away from God claimed to be their champions. However, it also earned the gratitude of the genuine children of God, of every language, time and nation we believe that "the just shall live by faith." Thank God for their son Luther and glory to God for His Holy Word.

Among fellow servants.

"Strengthen the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to those of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not ... "Is.35 :3-4.

When we read the story of the people of Israel in the Old Testament we see that all was sustained and blessed by the paternal care of God. Manna in the wilderness, water from the rock and "a land flowing with milk and honey "are among the many generous gifts from the Lord. However, contrary to what one might think, not all of the struggles of this special people were happy. Part of the way rugged mountains and hurtful contained peaks made it difficult to continue. Sometimes the Lord allowed the rocks to test the faith of his son Israel, other, these came as a result of repression of a loving merciful Father. Again and again the tests were a laudable aim and purpose was unquestionably good. If Israel fell, Lord God up, if your heart becomes hard and cold as marble, the artist was a sculptor skillfully with his chisel in his footsteps of love. If your child's ear was deafened the voice of the Lord God to restore patient knew the gift of hearing his statutes.
The Church is spiritual Israel, the chosen people of God, and as expected, its not set in delightful way quiet and unemotional happiness. The same pitfalls and stumbling, the same evidence and without tastes come from God with the healthy to polish the gold that is in us and start the scum of our money.
When you walk down a flowery path is easy and safe heart-lung yelling "I am a son or daughter of God," but the cry is muffled and sometimes more intelligible when we are climbing a steep slope and the effort our breath short. However it is in the difficult times in the hour of trial when it knows the true servant and true child of God. One sign in the face with courage stout battle tingling of enemy arrows as they went by wounding a few times, further breaking, but that soldier knows discipline follow the decisions of their leaders and support them in the battlefield and fight fiercely for the honor by standard cross holding, is the real son and that is the most useful servant.
The true servant seeks unity of God's people and seeks to enforce and encourage all costs, but the false servant, that the enemy planted while sower was asleep, she proposed to take the test when to sow doubt, discord and uncertainty. The true servant has governed the cross and the love for the Lord's work is his only inspiration. The false guides his cunning servant carnal and motivation is to please their god is their belly. The true servant speaks the truth with integrity and
road is open, but the false uses tricks and his plan was conceived in secret. The evil did not come but to steal, kill and destroy and to fulfill their missions use those among us who hold to serve their selfish purposes. A Christian scholar to discern the spirits and know despite intentions. A genuine child of God, will Complete the end of Tobias and Sanballat gossip and do not let your mind decay but as the Israelites work to rebuild the wall and the temple, holding his sword in one hand and the other the trowel. Today is the day roll up their sleeves and work to lift the wall demolished, with one hand and the other provides service to reject every stroke of the sword of evil. Humility and dependence on God are our allies and prayer and the Holy Word our most powerful weapons. The only war they are winning the war knees is the believer.

communicable Attributes of God. Part 1.

After some time, but as I promised, here are a brief summary of the communicable attributes of God.
Attributes are qualities that characterize or identify an object or person. In the case of the attributes of God refers to the qualities that characterize God, being all those incommunicable attributes that identify you as a god and that distinguishes it from its inception. Incommunicable attributes are those that are not found in any creature of God. The communicable attributes, however, are those that God has given His sovereign will of the crown of creation, man. These qualities of God in us can be found as the image of the Creator. The substantial difference in the expression of the communicable attributes of God and us is that all the attributes of God in the person affected or characterized by the incommunicable attribute of Infinity, or God is infinite in all the features it has, but not us.
To study the communicable attributes are usually done several subdivisions in order to classify or group, we will use the following classification, because they simply have to take some:
-Attributes relating to knowledge.
Knowledge of God is an attribute that affected by the infinity or perfection God gives us the omniscience ("Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite." Sal.147: 5). The knowledge of God extends to all areas of creation and even himself.
In 2Cor.2 :10-12 says that God knows itself. The Sal.139
:1-2 is shown as God knows the motivations of the human heart.
In Dn.2: 22 tells us that God knows the secret.
Other texts that shed light on the knowledge of God:
Heb.4: 13, 1Sa.16: 7, 1Cr.28: 9, Jer.17: 10, Ez.11 5.
-moral attributes.
Love:

Nuestra goodness is tainted by sin and does not allow us to stick to the goodness of God entirely. Only God decides what is good and what is not.
Luke 18: 19 "Jesus said: Why call me good? There is none good but God alone. "
Psalm 100: 5" For the Lord is good, for his mercy is everlasting, And His faithfulness continues through all generations. "

The immortality of the soul.

Immortality of the soul.

Introduction:

The doctrine of the immortality of the soul has occupied the most important theologians of all time. Augustine of Hippo, Thomas Aquinas, John Calvin and many other prestigious and biblical scholars have lectured about this doctrine before us today. Today we are proposing a revision of the main concepts of the immortality of the soul in the light of Scripture, and only final authority in any philosophical and theological debate.

I-The origin of the soul.
If we are to speak of the immortality of the soul we have to understand what is the soul and what is its origin:
fundamental historical postures. We will not dwell on the study of any of these positions, since it is not the main focus of this issue, but it is important to know, though it be to situate roughly into proper perspective:

Preexistencianismo:

unorthodox stance advocated by some theologians, of whom the best known is Origen. Posits that human souls existed in a previous state and that some events at the state explain the condition in which these souls are now. Origen, for example, believes that man's material existence today, with the inequality and moral and physical weaknesses that characterize them, find their source in sins committed in previous life. Validity of this position: Mormons. You do not need refutation, is unorthodox.

Traducianism:

defended Posture by Tertullian and other scholars, which posits that the soul is propagated along with the bodies through the generation, and therefore the parents transmitted to their descendants. Validity of this position: Taught by the Lutheran church.

Objections:
1 - is contrary to the philosophical doctrine of the simplicity of the soul. The soul is a spiritual substance, pure, that does not support division. If we accept this theory would also accept that the child's soul the soul follows the parent. The theory that after the first 6 days of God's creative work ceased, may be rebutted by citing the active work of God in regeneration.
2 - The main failure of this doctrine is Christological, he can not explain how Christ did not inherit the sin of Mary if your human soul is a spread of Mary.

Creationism: Posture

generally accepted within evangelical circles, which posits that each individual soul has to be considered an immediate creation of God, owes its origin to a direct creative act even when it occurs can not be determined with accuracy.

Arguments:

1 - is consistent with the biblical account of creation which describes the body and soul as from a different source each. Is also consistent with the distinction made in Scripture between body and soul. Ecl.12: 7; Is.42: 15; Zac.12: 1; Heb.12: 9 -> Compare with number 16: 22.
2 - Recognizes smooth the biblical position of the indivisibility of the soul.
3 - does not have the pitfalls of translation in the Christology.

objections and explanations to the objections:

1 - This theory, if one accepts that originally the human soul is possessed of vicious tendencies, then God does the creator of something basically wrong. If accepted then that the soul is essentially pure makes God the author of moral evil to put the soul in a body that corrupt impure.
Explanation: This objection fails on its approach to sin, neither the soul nor the body per is bad. Not a bad gene that affects the body or the soul, nor is a stain that spreads from generation to generation. The descendants of Adam are sinners, not as a result of being placed in a sinful body, or to have been created with a corrupt soul, but because God imputes Adam's disobedience. This is why God will remove the original justice, and corruption of sin is developed. That is the sanctity of man is not something that comes of itself as a result of creation but of his relationship with the Holy God, and separation from God results in injustice and guilt for the human race. According to the Reformed view of Adam and Eve as federal representatives of humanity

II "The man (soul-body unity.)

Before going to define whether or not the immortal soul, we must understand the biblical meaning of the word man. Among the positions that populate the theological stage of the Christian churches there are two that are generally accepted: 1 - The position of the trichotomy. 2 - and the position of the dichotomy.
However, while the Reformed believe that man is essentially composed of soul and body is not healthy we establish a dichotomy between the two elements, it runs the risk of emphasizing one of the two and downplay the other for "anatomy" means division, separation does not occur in man naturally.
A pagan thought into the church in a surreptitious manner is the idea that the spirit (soul) is more important than the body. This thought comes from the philosopher Plato, who conceived the body as the prison of the soul and all that were necessary to help us liberate the soul from its material prison that may experience fullness.
The vision of the body as corrupt case of a pure soul is a very common thought in the writings of some theologians throughout the history of the Church. For example, in the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola can read between the lines, the desire to mortify the body to free the soul from sin.
- What is the correct position?
The correct posture is the balance or equilibrium in the importance attached to both body and soul. The human being is not a body with soul, nor is it a soul with body. The right way to approach this would be to affirm that man is a soul and a body, wherein each of the two elements form an integral part of the concept man.
"The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being" Gn.2: 7.

(If there is doubt in the audience to quote Jesus feeding, healing as a sign of the importance he attached also to the human body.)

III-Death.

Men Having understood the concept we proceed to understand the concept of Death before finally passing to lecture on the immortality of the soul. Without death there would make sense ask the question is whether or not the immortal soul?

Remitámonos back to the Book of Origins. Gn.2
:16-17. "And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat for the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die."
The result of the first transgression was:
1 - The total depravity of man. The whole human being without exception was flawed because of sin, reaching full power and authority of the body and the soul of man.
2 - Loss of communion with God, which automatically sentenced him to a state of spiritual death, separation from the source of life. Eph.2: 1,5,12; 14:18.
3 - Introduction of death not only spiritual but also physical death. He was sentenced to return to the dust of the earth from which it was taken. Gen.3: 19. This death is a legacy for all humanity Ro.6: 23.

Physical death then refers to the unnatural separation between body and soul.
Spiritual death is the separation between man and God.

IV "Immortality the soul.

The concept of immortality of the soul comes not from Christian tradition but from the 18th century Enlightenment and Deism equivalent.
If immortality means the impossibility of dying we see clearly that is not true immortality of the soul because the soul of the unregenerate human being is itself a dead soul. Remember III-2 (The result of the first transgression).
1 Tim. 6:15-16 says: "(...) the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of the governors, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen. "This immortality, in the words of Berkhof, is" like an original possession, eternal and necessary "(1) in his capacity of God.
But if immortality as we continued existence is a biblical concept clearly. To avoid naming conflicts, we will refer to the Immortality of the Soul and continued existence.
A concept that is opposed to the biblical position on the continued existence of the soul is the doctrine of annihilation or conditioned existence, confessed by the members of the sect Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists.
When talking about immortality or continued existence should be viewed in light of the divine, No creature possesses in itself virtue to exist but which is given by God, this is the correct stance and accepted the view itself (Col.1: 17 "And He is before all things and all things He still ". Hch.17: 28." For in Him we live and move and ... ").
However, Immortality of the Soul in St. Augustine, Bishop of Hippo, the philosopher presents a set of reasons for the immortality of the soul of a more philosophical thought based on the encampment, who sees the reasons for the immortality of the soul apart from God. Although we disagree with this position I mention to be aware of:
The soul is immortal because:
1 - that is the subject of science that is eternal
2 - because it is the subject of reason that is unchangeable.
3 - The living substance and soul, which is not susceptible to change, yet still somehow able to change, is immortal.
4 - The art and principles of mathematics are immutable and can not exist except in a soul that lives.

For Augustine the soul is superior to the body and after it has been created by God has existence in itself. Augustine was divided between the two positions of the origin of the soul known as Traducianism and Creationism.

V-consciousness of the soul of the deceased.
1 - In the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus can deduce a postmortem consciousness. Lc.16.
2 - 2Co.5 and Fil.1 :6-9: 23 Paul expressed the expectation to experience joy in the Lord's presence, which would not be possible without consciousness.
3 - Heb.12: 23 It is said of believers who have come to the assembly of which are part of "the spirits of just men made perfect." This implies a conscious existence of the dead in Christ.
4 - Ap.6: 9 The spirits seek revenge.
5 - Ap.20: 4 speaks of those who died and reigned with Christ.

VI-The intermediate state.

The intermediate stage is the name attributed to the state of the souls of the departed before the second coming of Christ.
There are scholars who argue that the soul sleeps from the time of his death until the second coming of Christ, and that in this period of time has no conscience. Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists defend this position, which was refuted by John Calvin in his book "Dream of the soul."
case for soul sleep and refutation:
1 - Followers of this unorthodox approach posed as an argument that the Word of God the word sleep is used as a synonym for death. Eg Hch.7: 60, 1 Ts.4: 14.15. This simply is a contextualization of passages not even worth refuting.
2 - Another argument, also poor, who wield the that those raised as in the case of the son of the widow of Nain and Lazarus did not talk about their experiences while they were dead, which means, according to them, they did not. It is also quite simple to refute this argument, because if not collected testimony of those things they talked about the experience, does not imply that they had none, plus we do not know with certainty whether it was permissible to talk about. 2 Co.14 :2-4.

Luis Berkof seems to point in his book Systematic Theology to disagree with the idea of \u200b\u200bthe intermediate state, seems to argue that the souls of the righteous, immediately after death enter into glory, to God's presence y los impíos directo al infierno.
- Describe su deseo de partir y be with Christ. Fil.2 3.
- Jesus gave the thief on the cross the joyful promise that that day would be with Him in paradise. Lk. 23: 43. In the 2 Cor.12 :3-4 paradise can only mean the same sky.

Still does not address the subject with clarity and fails to explain a number of questions, among which is:
- The sense of reckoning if and souls are in their final place. It will be only for living?
- What is the point of expression for new heavens and new earth in the light of the conception of Berkof.

Hoekema and Gerald Nyenhuis, however are skewed in favor of an intermediate state. A time when the believer is already experiencing Communion with God is in the presence of Christ but not to the fullness you expect. While the wicked are in a state of anticipation of trial.

Conclusion:
believe in the continued existence of the soul and that the existence finds its source in God.

Women in the Bible

Continuing advocacy on the role of women in the church and letting Bilbi scrutinize the talk:
Proposition: If God said that women do not speak in church and do not teach to men, violate this commandment is sin.
Then: If you can prove that there is one woman who speaks or prophet or taught to men by God the statement is false. Let

1 - Gn.1 :27-28. God created man (male and female) and gives both power, dominance and authority.

3 - The submission to her husband is introduced as a punishment for sin. Gn.3: 16.

Lib. Ex:
1 - Ex.15: 20 is referred to Mary as a prophet. In this particular passage is seen dancing and singing with other women. Later we will see that Mary is a prophetess of office too.

Lib.
No. 1 - Mary (the sister of Moses mentioned above) claims that God has spoken through her. No. 12 :1-2. In the vrs.6 is a confirmation of God's prophetic mission of Mary. The Lord says to the other prophets He speaks through visions, dreams, etc, but Moses face to face. At no time is refuted the claim of Mary that she is a prophet and that God has spoken through her, but only says that Moses is a prophet "better." Although in this context we see Mary doing something wrong so it is punished, their punishment does not come by prophet but by murmuring against Moses.

Lib. Judges.
1 - Deborah: Judge and prophetess of all Israel (men included). Juec.4 4. "The children of Israel came up to her trial."
Suppose this time ruled by a woman because at this time "everyone did as he saw fit." If it was immoral for a woman to govern and prophesy then was that it was sin, and God used it. Remember that the principles of Jah is eternal and inviolable moral edicts. Let's see what the Bible says about prophecy:
2Pe.1: 21 "For prophecy never came by the will of man ..." So if prophetess Deborah was by the will of God (like Mary).

Lib. 2 Chron
1 to 2 Cr.34 :22-28. "And Hilkiah, and the King went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Salum son of Tikvah, son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe, she dwelt in Jerusalem in the second quarter, and said those words before. "
prophetess Hulda, was consulted by Josiah on the book of the law, this implies that it was considered an authority. Even instructs a king (male).
was again mentioned in 2 Kings 22:14

Lib.

D 1 - D 31:10 - Here we change the prespective of women in the OT, is shown even in business, trade purely masculine.

Lib. Joel.
1 - Joel 2:28 "... and your sons and prophesy your daughters ... "This is repeated on the occasion of Pentecost Hch.2 :16-21. Understanding this as a spiritual gift and knowing that are used to the glory of God and edification of the congregation can see that is to be used in the congregation!

NT 1 - Mr. 15:40-41 Women as disciples. Revolutionary for its time.
2 - Luke 2:36 "And there was Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher, very old, having lived with her husband seven years from her virginity"
3 - Hch.21: 9 prophetess daughters of Philip.

4-Acts 18:26 And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue, but when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, took him aside and explained to him more accurately the path of God.
Priscilla taught Apollos.
5 - 1Co.11: 5 It shows clearly the provisions of Paul for a woman to pray or prophesy in PUBLIC.
"Every man praying or prophesying with his head covered dishonors his head.
But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head: for this is that if she were shaven."
here refers not to how women should dress in worship, but it is clear that is a provision (very context according to me) how should this prophesy and pray in the previous verse are the rules for how to do men.
6 - Rom.16 :1-3
"I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church in Cenchrea;
to receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and help her in whatever she may need from you, because she has helped many, including me.
Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my helpers in Christ Jesus "
deaconess Phoebe. The word used to define as deaconess Phoebe is identical to that used for males, it was exactly the same office.
7 - 1Co.4: 34 "Let your women keep silence in the congregation ... if you want to learn anything let them ask their husbands. "Two apparently contradictory arguments in the same letter (1Co.11: 5 and 1Co.4: 34) In light of 1Co.11: 5 seems to indicate that Paul was referring to a problem very typical of this church where the parecer algunas mujeres interrumpían la profecía o enseñanza para preguntar y causaban desorden.
Yes
defends a literal interpretation of this passage, what I say about those who can not have children ???????
I think that in light of the rest of the Bible has to interpret this passage also, why out of a context that shows women to exercise leadership, teaching and prophesying.
If you take into account the historical context in which it was written this passage is easy to assume it is due to a confrontation with the pater familias trying not to lose what they saw as their "control." Something like what happened in the Jerusalem council which adopted measures, which were awards for those who advocated had to meet certain rites of the law, which prohibits only to seek harmony "drowning or blood ..."
deutorocanónicos In texts like the Gospel of Thomas, Gospel of Philip, Pistis Sophia and the Gospel of Mary (II-IV), to name a few, there are remnants of the confrontation between various sectors of the Church. These groups are embodied in a disciple of first hour. His dialogues denote the problems they faced, and one of them was, without doubt, the role of women. These texts, despite not having any theological value we can shed light on the historical context in which they were written.

In the Gospel of Thomas (II), Peter goes on to say of Mary Magdalene: 'Lord, Mary
depart from among us, because women do not deserve life (114) »44. In the Gospel of Mary
(II), the risen Christ has just disappeared, leaving the bereaved disciples
. Mary Magdalene comforts them and, at the request of Peter, I
discover the revelation that Jesus spoke only to her. When finished, Andrew said: "I do not believe that the Savior could say those things." Peter, in turn, says: "Is that the Savior has been talking to a woman without knowing us? Do we have to listen to favorite like us? ". Levi responds: "Peter, I note that you are angry, treat women as if they were the enemy. If the Lord has made her worthy, who are you indeed to reject her? Surely the Lord knows. So love her more than us ... "(15 - 18).

Declaration of the Christian Reformed Church in Cuba on measures in relation to homosexuals.

Jaguey Grande, June 29, 2008

of the National Executive Committee of the Evangelical Mission of the Interior. Legal Authority of the Christian Reformed Church in Cuba.

hereby wish to express our disagreement with the recently approved measure legalizing transsexual operations and our concern that modifications are made to the Family Code in order to legalize homosexual unions, raising them to the status of marriage and allow adopt children by homosexual couples and transsexuals.
After our members and congregants approached us conveying their concern and praying for guidance and direction of God have resolved to know our deepest disagreement. Our decision is not born of a sense of homophobia, as Christians advocate that every man or woman has been made in the image and likeness of God and deserves respect and consideration.
applaud the Cuban government devote its efforts to promote full social integration of any individual. Approve that the Cuban state, as is their duty, to ensure to all Cuban citizens fulfilling their most basic rights. However, when the Bible our only rule of faith, life and conduct, we disagree with these measures have been taken. God instituted the first human family. A man and woman, Adam and Eve were the first members. God blessed their union by saying "It's not good that man should be alone. I will help meet "and created to complement the woman. Woman complements complements man and man to women. God also said, "Be fruitful and multiply" and God saw that what he had done was very good.
In the creation story of Genesis we see the how the Lord designed the institution of marriage, we believe that the only way possible and everything should not be considered as such.
Our concern also arises from a real interest in the moral and ethics of our society. The family is the basic unit of society and any dysfunction or twisting occurs magnified it will manifest itself in society. So we understand that the social product of households consisting of two persons of the same sex is harmful and detrimental to Cuban society. We know
heed our words and take them into account. Rev.

Women in the Church

Debating in a forum I had to make apology for the work of women within the church, here I share my answer to the question of whether or not women can exercise leadership within the congregation there in the gospels
indisputable evidence of women's participation in the Jesus movement. These women are called disciples (akolouthein,
diakonein). As Mc 15.41, Lk 27.55 Mt from 8.1 to 3 these women have accompanied Jesus from Galilee. Learning at the feet of the Masters, something extremely revlucionario for the time when teachers did not accept disciples, only men.
remain faithful to the crucifixion when all the male disciples have fled fearing. Are the first to see Jesus resurrected. Explicit
is the passage of Galatians 3.28: "there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free
man and woman ...»,
Pauline epistles in the same outlines the ministerial work of women: Nymph of Laodicea (Col 4.15), Apia, together Archippus Philemon and directs another church in Colossae (Phil 1.2), Lydia at Philippi (Acts 16:15).
Paul mentions Phoebe, whom he calls "deacon" and "patron" or "president" of the church
Cenchreae (Rom 16:15), uses the same term to name the male deacons (no way to reduce or minimize the work of Phoebe without forcing the Scriptures, prostatitis (Chairman) Paul uses when referring to tasks of those who govern the community (1 Thess 5.12; 1 Tim 3.4, 5.17).).

When the Bible says:
Mary Tryphaena, and Persis says "have worked hard in the Lord, the same Greek verb is used (kopiao) that Paul used to describe his pastoral work or the colleagues (Rom 16.6 to 12).

One notable case that can not be ignored is that, being that at the time the person most respectable and greater dignity was mentioned before the rest, and this was a rule of conduct, it follows then that the marriage of Priscilla and Aquila, Priscilla was the most valuable collaborator and that Paul prefers honor rather than her husband, this marriage works in Rome, Ephesus and Corinth, where
founded several churches, as well as instruct Apollo (both note a woman instructing a man). Of the seven times they are nominated in four Prisca is listed first, reflecting the importance and
known (1 Cor 16.19; Rom 16.3-5, 2 Tim 4.19, Acts 18.1 - 3.18-26).
are also Philologist and Julia, Nereus and his "sister" probably marriage. Also Cephas and others ministered with their wives (1 Cor 9.5). Finally mentions Andronicus and Junia, the latter shares with her husband the title of "apostle", and whom the opponents of female workers preferred to change the gender before recognizing a woman to be called an apostle (Rom 16.7) .
far we can say that Paul recognizes and respects women's work and that this is not limited to clasesitas sewing to girls, but have been protagonists, together with the men on missions and the construction and consolidation of early church.

situation generates controversy in Ga 3.28, 1 Cor 7, Col 1 Cor 12.13, or 3.9 to 11, when Paul for very short-term issues of social impact refers to the tradition to bring order to a patriarchal and androcentric community inflexible and shocked.
One problem is manifested in worship (1 Cor 11.2 to 16). The prophesy
women as leaders in worship (1 Cor 11.5), and do her hair loose,
expressing his awareness of that freedom and equality that gave them faith in Jesus Christ.
It seems that scandalized some non-Christians who occasionally visited the community (1 Cor 14:23). Paul was not asked to stop praying or prophesying, but what do
covers, that will not break those social conventions, as they had done
until then.
who want to see in Paul's words an order compelling for all women in any situation and this order as a final rule that women should remain silent and seated in the congregation, giving birth to children for salvation, you have to recognize ( applying the same reasoning) that the Bible upholds slavery and promotes 1Pe 2:18 Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters respectfully, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
No Christian would accept that the Bible tells you that calls upon the exploitation of man by man and assert escalvitud and any historical context to explain passages like these, but still do not understand how so fervently argue that women are decorative items in the church.
However, the Lord has a great sense of humor, because traditionally women have been at the forefront of the church in the bad times and good times, such as the founder of the Christian Reformed Church in Cuba (Bessie Vander Valk) was a woman, and so would be an endless list of modern women who followed the example of Phoebe, Priscilla and others, without requiring the recognition of men who also blessed to have worked and not as "compensatory failure, because knowing the unchangeable character of God, which for him is bad it is in all time, God does not violate its principles. We must recognize that if you say that women's work is wrong (in the sense that we are discussing) is wrong at all times and would never have named and used to Deborah as a judge and prophetess in Israel, hear God does not contradict! With all due respect, frankly I have always found laughable the argument of "compensatory failure."
God ordained that animals spoke and told Balaam's mule "as compensatory failure" but none will say that it is "immoral, illicit and wrong" that the animals talk, this really was a "failure compensatory." If it is wrong for women to speak in church even when they act to compensate for the inefficiency or absence of male leadership is just as bad, violate that which God has established as evil is evil at all times, and I think that the "failure compensatory" is a desperate effort to defend the indefensible and explain what the eyes androcentric explained. Ah, I think I have noticed but I also defend women's ordination.

In the strict sense of the word, true to an unbiased interpretation and without delving much as it is visible to the naked eye, God created woman to submit to man. Note that this is introduced as a punishment for sin: Gn.3: 16 A woman said: I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children, and your desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. (And in any case to whom I have to submit it to my husband, not the outside lol)
Rather, God gave both control and authority: Gn.1: 27 So God created man in His own image, image God created him, male and female he created them. 28 And God blessed them and said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.
In short, everyone does a reading of the Bible affected by their own prejudices, is always going to be so, but the only place where women's work will bring problems will be within the male community and inflexible, if the work of women is accepted, respected and valued may be of utmost blessing.

incommunicable attributes of God. Soon

attributes of God are the qualities or characteristics of God. These attributes have been grouped in various ways to study and classify them. The classification that I like and most generally accepted is that which divides the Communicable and incommunicable attributes, but clarified that no perfect score. Communicable attributes being printed also those whom God in His creatures and those Incommunicable characterize the divinity, or those that only God has.

incommunicable attributes of God:
1. Self-sufficiency or independence.

God does not need us or the rest of creation for anything. Everything depends on God created. God does not need or rely on any creature. God is sufficient in itself:
"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands, nor is he served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and all things. "Acts 17: 24-25

2. Immutability
This attribute is the guarantee of our salvation, because it tells us that God is unchangeable in his being, perfections, purposes, and promises.

"From the beginning you laid the earth and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but thou shalt endure; And they all shall wax old like a garment, like a clothing Thou wilt, and will be changed: but thou art the same, and your years will never end "Psalm 102: 25-27
" I the Lord do not change for you, O sons of Jacob are not consumed. "Malachi 3: 6

3.

Eternity Eternity of God or God's Infinity indicates that God has no beginning and end, or succession of moments in self, and therefore equally vivid is the time, but in the same way God sees events in time and acts in time.
time is a physical quantity which was subject to the creation by God, this does not affect God.
"Before the mountains were brought forth and formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God."
Psalm 90:2 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and end" Revelation 1:8
"Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." John 8: 58

4. God is omnipresent

unlimited with respect to space. God has no spatial dimensions or size and is present at all points of space with all his being, although it acts differently in different places. Space as a physical quantity affecting the Creator because the creatures were only subject to these rules by the will of the Creator.

"Am I a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God far away? Does any hide himself in secret places that I do not see? Do not I fill, says the Lord, heaven and earth? "Jeremiah 23: 23-24

" Where do I go from Your Spirit? And where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell , behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the end of the sea, even there shall thy hand lead me, And thy right hand shall hold me. "Psalm 139: 7-10

" Behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens, no you can hold "1 Kings 8:27

5-Omnipotence. Omnipotence is synonymous
Almighty. Some atheists making a show of great ignorance, barroom philosophy have attempted to show that God can not be omnipontente. For example Stephen Hopkins is credited with the authorship of one of these "demonstrations", he said God was not omnipontente because I was not able to make a rock big enough so then God himself could not be with her. Ridiculous attempt, really sorry that all that shows is our intellectual poverty and that our logic is counter to check it refer to any of the known paradoxes, such as Bertrand Russell called the Barber Paradox.
Without going too far to the Word of God speaks of things God can not do, for example he can not deny himself, this does not contradict his omnipotence because self-denial means ceasing to be God. Several texts
prove the omnipotence of God, here I quote one:
"And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and wonderful are your works, Lord God Almighty Just and true are Your ways, King of the saints. "Ap.15: 3

Sample Thank You Letterdestination Wedding

The certificate of successful prayer. Charles Spurgeon sermon.

Text: "And I say: Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it be opened. "
Luke 11: 9-10

Seek help from a supernatural being in time of trouble is an instinct of human nature. Do not say that human nature does not really offer a prayer renewed spiritual, or may exercise saving faith in the living God. But, however, as a child who cries in the dark with anxious longing for help from one place or another, can hardly know where, despite a deep soul cries almost invariably to some supernatural being to demand relief. No people are more willing to pray in times of distress than those who have ridiculed the prayer in times of prosperity, and probably no real sentences and in accordance with the feelings of the time that the atheist has offered low pressure fear of death.
In one of his papal in the Tattler, Addison describes a man who, on board a ship, he boasted loudly of their atheism. A1 occur a sudden gale, fell to his knees and confessed to the chaplain who had been an atheist. The rough sailors who had never heard the word thought it was some strange fish, and extremely surprised when they saw a man, and knew of his own mouth "than ever, until that day had believed there was a God." One of the old crew foreman told the work would be a good throw overboard, but felt it was a cruel suggestion, because the poor creature was already in a state so miserable that his atheism had evaporated, and in the midst of a mortal terror he cried to God to have mercy on him.
similar incidents have occurred not once, not twice. In fact, skepticism retreats boast so often that we always expect the same thing happened again. Remove all artificial restrictions of mind, and applies to all men who, like Jonah's traveling companions, each claims to being God in tribulation. Like birds in their nests, and deer to shrubs, men in their trouble flying in search of relief to be higher in the hour of need.
Instinctively, he turned to God in Paradise, and now, although to a lamentable is a dethroned monarch, remain in your memory traces of what was, and memory as to where to find their strength. Therefore, no matter where you meet a man, if you're in trouble, ask for supernatural aid. I believe in the veracity of this instinct, and that man now because there is something in prayer. Like when God gives his creatures the gift of thirst, because there is water to quench. And when hunger is created because there is food for the hungry. So when he inclines men to pray is because prayer is a blessing for attached to it.
find a reason to expect that prayer is effective in fact that is an institution of God. In the word of God repeatedly gives us the command to pray. God's institutions are not stupid. "I can I believe that the infinitely wise God has ordained me an exercise that is inefficient and that there is more than child's play? "I ordered to pray, and yet the sentence has no result that if the wind whistle, or sing him to a bush? If no response to prayer, prayer is a monstrous absurdity and God is the author of it. And this is blasphemy if someone dares to say so. No man who is not a fool will continue to pray once it has been proven that prayer does not make any effect before God, and never received a response. Prayer is a task of idiots and lunatics, and not for healthy people, if it were true that its effects end up in the same man who prays.
This morning I shall not argue the matter, rather, I will consider my text, which for me at least, and for you who are followers of Christ is the end of all controversy. Our Savior knew very well that many difficulties arise in connection with prayer, and could give pause to his disciples, so that all opposition countered by a statement incontrovertible. Read the words: "And I say: I, your God: I say, ask and you shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened." The text
Lord facing all the difficulties, first, giving the weight of his authority, "I say," second, presenting us a promise, "Ask and you shall receive," etc., and then reminding an indisputable fact, "everyone who asks receives." We have here three fatal wounds to the doubts that Christians may have about prayer.

I. First, OUR SAVIOR GIVES ITS OWN WEIGHT OF AUTHORITY: "And I tell you."

The first mark of a follower of Christ that believes in his Lord. In no way can we follow the Lord if we raise questions about points that he has positively established. Although doctrine is surrounded by ten thousand difficulties, the ipse dixit of the Lord Jesus delete them all, with respect to true Christians. The statement of our Master is the whole argument that we need,''I say "is our logic. Reason! You see majestic in Jesus, because He has made unto wisdom. He can not err, can not lie and if He says, "I say," everything comes to a close debate.
But, brothers, there are some reasons that should lead us to rely more confidently on the word of our Lord Jesus, but the explanation we have considered is a special force. It has been objected that it is possible that prayer can be answered, because the laws of nature are immutable, and everything must run its course, and it will be that men pray or not. We see no need to show that the laws of nature are disrupted. God can work miracles, and may obrarlos still as he did once, but is not part of the Christian faith that God has to work miracles to answer the prayers of his servants. When a man has to fulfill a promise to disrupt all their affairs, and as it has to stop all the machinery, it shows that it is just a man, and his wisdom and power are limited, but the true God, and without going back to your machine, or a single tooth without removing the wheel meets the wishes of his people when presented before Him The Lord is so powerful that it can achieve results equivalent to miracles without the need to suspend it slightest degree any of its laws. In the past, so to speak, stopped the machinery of the universe in response to prayer but now, with an equally divine glory, the order of events so you can answer the prayers of believers, and no one yet suspend natural law.
But this is far from our only major consolation, it lies in the fact that we hear the voice of one who is competent to talk about the matter, and He says: "I say, ask and you shall receive." Whether the laws of nature are irreversible or not, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and ye shall find." But who is saying it? Is what has made all things, without which nothing has been done was done. Can not speak to this point? Oh, thou eternal Word who was in the beginning with God, counting clouds and securing the foundations of the earth, you know what the laws of nature and their unwavering constitution, and if you say "Ask and you shall receive," then certainly it will, whatever they are laws of nature. Moreover, our Lord is adored by us as the sustainer of all things, and seeing that all laws of nature are operative only for its power, and are supported in their action on their power, they must be aware of the mechanism all the forces of the universe, and if he says: "Ask and you shall receive," He does not speak out of ignorance rather know what he says. We may be sure that there is no power that can prevent compliance with the Word of God. From the Creator and Sustainer of all things, the phrase "I say," puts an end to any dispute for ever.
But it has filed another objection that is very old and has the appearance of great strength. It is presented by the skeptics, but by supporting part of the truth, and it is this: that prayer can not produce concrete results, because the decrees of God have set all things and these decrees are immutable. Now we have no desire to deny the claim that God's decrees have established all the events. We fully believe that God in his presence has predestined everything that happens in the sky 0 down on earth, and that advance knowledge the position of a rush on the bank of the river is as fixed as the position of the king on the throne and "the chaff from the master of the blower is directed and stars in their orbits." Predestination includes big and small, and all things Alcanaz. The question is, "then why pray?" With the same logic, we could not ask them to breathe, eat, we move or do anything? We have an answer that satisfies us, our prayers are in predestination and that God has ordained the prayers of his people as well as everything else, and when we pray, we are producing links in the chain of events sorted. Fate decreed that pray, I pray, the destiny decrees that I answer to, and get the answer.
But we have a better answer than that. The Lord Jesus is coming forward, and tells us this morning: "Dear son, do not worry about the decree of God, nothing in them that is inconsistent with the fact that your prayers are answered.` I tell you, ask and you be given. " "Now, who is saying this? Vamos! is the one who has been with the Father from the beginning "This was in the beginning with God" and he knows what are the purposes of God and how God's heart, he has said elsewhere, "the Father himself loves you . Now, since he knows the decree of the Father and the Father's heart, We can say with absolute certainty of an eyewitness that there is nothing in the timeless advice that conflicts with this truth and who asks receives, and he who seeks finds. He has read the decrees from beginning to end. Have not taken it and has broken the seals, declaring the ordinances of heaven? He will say that there is nothing that is against your knee bent and your eyes wet with tears, and the fact that the father opens the windows of the heavens to rain down upon you the blessings you are looking for. Moreover, he is God: the purposes of heaven are their purposes, and he who ordered the purpose here provides assurance that there is nothing in it to prevent the effectiveness of prayer. "I say." Oh you who believe in Him, your doubts are scattered to the winds, because you know that He hears prayer.
But sometimes arises in our mind a third difficulty, which is associated with our own judgments about ourselves and our assessment of God. We feel that God is very great, and tremble in the presence of his majesty, we feel that we are very small, and, moreover, are contemptible, and it seems an incredible thing that a trifle guilty have power to move the arm that moves the universe. I wonder if that is not guilty fear which often prevents us pray. But Jesus answered sweetly. He says: "I tell you: Ask and ye shall receive." And I ask again, who is the one that says "I tell you?" Is one who knows both the greatness of God as man's weakness. He is God and from his lofty majesty, imagine hearing him say, "I say, 'Ask and you shall receive." "But he is also human like us and says:" Do not be afraid of your insignificance, because I, the bone of your bone and flesh of your flesh I assure you that God hears the prayer of man. "
And yet, if the terror scare us from sin and our sorrow depresses us, I will remember that when you say, "I say," Jesus gives us the authority, not only of himself but of his experience. Jesus was given to prayer. No one has ever prayed as he did. He spent nights in prayer, and days in fervent intercession. It is he who says, "I say, 'Ask and you shall receive." "I see cool down in the heather of the hill, from which he had spent the night kneeling in prayer, saying:" My disciples, ask and you shall receive, for I have prayed and I've been given. "heard what was feared, and therefore, says," I say, knock and it shall be opened. " And I imagine hearing him speak and from the cross, his face glowing with the first ray of light after he had suffered our sins in His body on the tree, and had suffered our pain until the last torment. He had claimed: "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" and now, having received an answer, crying triumphantly, "It is," and this is done, we are commanded: "Ask and you shall receive." Jesus has proven the power of prayer.
Also, remember that if Jesus our Lord, he could speak positively here, there are even more reasons to believe in him now, he has pierced the veil, sat down at the right hand of God the Father, and the voice that comes now not comes the poor man wearing a seamless garment, but the priest enthroned on their backs carrying a belt on his waist, it is he who now says, from the right hand of God: "I tell you, ask and will give you, "Do not believe in his name? Yes think. So how on earth could drop a sincere prayer offered in this name when you submit your request in the name of Jesus, a part of its authority reinforces your prayers . If your prayer is rejected, Christ is dishonored. You can not believe that this can happen. Since you trusted him, believed that the prayer offered by him must succeed and it will.
We can not remain longer in this point, but we trust the Holy Spirit impressed upon him the hearts of us all.

II. Now remember that our Lord gave us a PROMISE

Note that the promise is given to several varieties of prayer: "I tell you: Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened." The text clearly states that all forms of true prayer will be heard, provided they are presented through Jesus Christ, and are for promised blessings. Some are prayers asking men vocalized, we must never cease to offer the prayer expressed by the language, because the promise is that he who asks will be heard. But, others without neglecting the active sentence, because humble and diligent use of the means they seek the blessings they need. Their hearts speak to God through their longings, their efforts, their emotions and their jobs. Do not stop searching, because certainly find it. There are others who, in her heat combine the most passionate, acting and speaking, because they call is an intense form of demand and intense form of search. So prayer request that grows from the vocalization is, his statement to the search, let us beg, and call it molesting. For each of these stages of prayer is a clear promise. Who asks what will be most requested. But whoever seeks beyond that, find, enjoy, holds in her hands, know that you have obtained. And the caller will go even further, because understood, and will open the precious things. Not only have the blessing and enjoy, but will understand, "read with all the saints what the heights and depths."
However, I want notéis following, which includes everything: whatever the form of prayer will succeed. If only you ask will receive, if you seek, find, if you call it, it will be open, but in each case will be done according to your faith. The terms of the promise that lies before our eyes we have collectively, as we say in law, he who calls and searches and calls, receive, which seeks to find and was called will be open. It is when we combine the three things that we are blessed, but certainly if the combine will receive a combined response, but if you exercise only one of three forms of prayer, however we have what our soul needs.
These three methods of prayer exercise a variety of our grace. The parents comment about this passage that faith calls seeking hope and love called, and it bears repeating that comment. Faith believes that God calls for you; having asked, hoping expected, and therefore seeks the blessing, love brings you closer still, and will not receive a denial of God, but rather want to enter your home, have dinner with him, and therefore calls on his door until it opens. But back to our original point. No matter what grace is exercised, a blessing for each one. If faith calls you receive, if hope seeks finds, and if love calls, will be open.
These three ways of praying we agree in different states of distress. Here I am, poor beggar at the door of mercy ask and receive. But I lost, so I can not find Him whom I once asked so successfully, then I can look with certainty that I shall find. And if I'm in the last stage, not just poor and confused, but also to feel unclean and separated from God, as leper who is cast out of the camp, then I can call and I open the door.
Each of these different descriptions of the sentences is exceedingly simple. If someone said: "I can not ask," our response would be: "do not understand the word." Surely anyone can ask. A young child may ask. Long before babies can speak, you can ask. You do not need words to ask what you need, and no one among us who are unable to ask. It is not necessary that the prayers are beautiful. I believe that God hates the beautiful prayers. When we pray, the more simple our prayer better, the simpler language, expressing the most humble what we mean is the best. The second word is
seek, and certainly no problems with search. May be difficult to find, but there are none in the search. When the woman in the parable of the lost money, she lit a candle and searched. I do not think has ever been in college, or who is qualified as a medical doctor, or had been before the Board as a woman of superior sense, but she could find. Anyone who wants to, can find, whether man, woman or child, and to encourage them, there is no promise in any particular philosophical way as to seek, but simply states "he who seeks finds." Then there Call: well, that's something that is relatively more difficult. We did when we were children, which at times was too much for the convenience of residents. And at home, if the knocker was too high for our size, always found ways and means to call. A stone gave us the same service, or the heel of the boot. Whatever was used to knock on the door. In no way was beyond our capacity. So Jesus puts it this way to say: "You do not need education, training, talent and ingenuity to pray. Ask, seek, knock, that's all, and there is a promise to each of these forms of prayer. "
will believe " the promise? It is Christ who gives it. He never left his lips a lie. Oh, do not doubt him If you've prayed, keep praying, and if you've never prayed, God help you to get started today.

III. Our third point is that Jesus testifies to the fact that prayer is heard

Having made a promise, then adds, in effect: "You can be absolutely sure that this promise will be fulfilled, not only because I said so, but because it is and has always been so. " When a man says that tomorrow the sun will rise tomorrow, I believe, because it always has been. Our Lord tells us, as indisputable fact, that through all the ages true order has been followed by receiving. Remember who said this fact known. If I said a fact, you could answer: "Yes, in terms of what you've observed, it is true," but the observation of Christ knows no limits. There has never been a true sentence that never knew him. The prayers acceptable to the high you get by way of the wounds of Christ. Hence the Lord Jesus can speak from personal knowledge, and his statement is that prayer has been successful: "Everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds."
At this point we must assume, of course, limitations to commence ordinary common sense, and are established by the Scriptures. Not that everyone who ask a frivolous or evil to God is going to get what you ordered. God does not answer every request foolish, idle and inconsiderate of the unregenerate heart. No way. Common sense puts a limit. Besides the Scriptures put your limit. "You do not have because you do not ask, or ask amiss." There is a bad call that never get what you ask. But considering these things, the declaration of our Lord has another limitation: "Everyone who asks receives."
Remember that often, even when the wicked and evil have asked God, received. Too often in the day of distress have cried out to God, and he has answered. "How dare you say that?," Says one. Do not tell me what the Scripture says Ahab's prayer was answered and the Lord said, "Have not you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself before me, do not bring the evil in his days in the days of your child bring the evil upon his house. "So the Lord heard the prayer of Jocaz, the son of Jehu, who made evil before the Lord (2 Kings 13:1 4). The Israelites, too, when their sins were handed over to their enemies, cried out to God for deliverance, and received his reply, however, the Lord Himself testifies for only flatter them with their mouths.
Does it make you hesitate? Do not listen to it to the young ravens when they cry? "You think you will not hear the man who is made in His image? Do you doubt? Remember to Nineveh. The prayers offered at Nineveh, were they spiritual prayers? Have you ever heard of a Church of God in Nineveh? I do not, and I think the people of Nineveh were not seen by the grace of conversion, but rather were convinced by the preaching of Jonah they were in danger before the great Jehovah, and proclaimed a fast and humbled, and God heard his prayer, and for a while Nineveh was spared. Many times, in time yen disease pain time, God has responded to the prayers of the ungrateful and wicked. Do you think that nothing works but the good? Have you stayed at the foot of Sinai and have learned to judge according to the law of the merits? What were you when you started to pray? Were you a good and fair? Is not God has commanded you to do good to bad? Do you believe that you send to do something he would not do? Has not it sends rain on the just and unjust, and it? Is not giving daily blessings to those who curse? and do good to those who used it disparagingly? This is one of the glories of God's grace. And when there is nothing good in man, if his heart rises a cry, the Lord deigns frequently to send relief in their distress. Now if God has heard the prayers even of men who have not sought in the most high, and given them temporary release in response to their cries, do not you hear more so when you humble in his presence, and wants to be reconciled to Him? Certainly this is an argument.
But to jump right into the point about the true and spiritual prayers, everyone who asks receives, without any limitation. There has been no single case of a man who was really looking for spiritual blessings of God, who has not received. The tax collector stood isolated, and so broken-hearted that he dared not raise his eyes to heaven. However, God looked down at him. Manasseh lay in the dark dungeon. It had been a cruel persecutor of the saints, there was nothing in it that could serve as a recommendation in the eyes of God. But God heard him from his prison and granted freedom to his soul. Jonah for his own sin came into the belly of the whale. The best was a servant of God petulant. However, from the womb of hell cried and God heard him. Everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and the caller will open. "Anyone who. If you need evidence could be found, show him in the tabernacle. I would ask anyone who has found Christ, to testify that God heard their prayers. I do not think that among the damned in hell anyone would dare to say, "I sought the Lord and he refused."
not be found on the final day of the accountability of a single soul who can say, "I knocked on the door of mercy, but God refused to open it." There will be a single soul who can stand up to the great white throne and can claim: "Oh Christ, I would have been saved for you, but you do not want me to save. I put myself in your hands, but I turned it down. Sorry I asked you to have mercy on me, but I got it. " Everyone who asks receives. It has been well until today, and will be until Jesus comes. If in doubt, try it, and if you've tried, try again. Are you dressed in rags? No matter, everyone who asks receives. Is unclean by sin? Does not matter, Everyone who seeks, finds. Do you feel like you're completely removed from God? Does not matter, "knock and it shall, for all e1 who asks receives." "There is no alternative there?" No doubt there is, but this does not alter the truth that has no limits whatsoever, "whoever." How rich is this text! "" Anyone can get.
When our Lord spoke these words, he could have recourse to their own life as evidence. In any case, we can refer to it now and show that none of Christ without being asked. The Syro-Phoenician woman was initially rejected when the Lord called her little dog, but when she had the courage to say: "Yet the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from the table," she discovered that everyone who asks receives. That woman came to the Lord from behind, pressed by the crowd and touched the hem of his robe, was not asking, I was looking for and found.
In response to all this seems unfortunate to hear the complaint from someone who says: "I've been crying out to God for a long time asking salvation I have asked, I have searched and have called but I have not come yet. "Well, dear friend, if you ask me, who has the truth, God or you, I know what course to take, and I would advise you believe in the Lord before believing in yourself. God will hear prayer, but you know that there is something before prayer? What is it? The gospel is not everyone who prays will be saved. No, that's not the gospel. I think it's safe, but that's not the gospel I have been ordered preached. "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature that" Who? what? "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved." Now you you've been asking God save you, do you expect that he will save without believe and be baptized? Surely you have not had the insolence to ask God to reverse its own word. Could not say, "Do what I ordered, my son believes in you, whoever believes in, someone says" I trust him fully. "Alma, do not ask for more salvation And you're safe! If you trust in Jesus with all your heart, your sins are forgiven and you are saved. And the next time you approach the Lord, go to him with praise attached to your prayer, and sings to bless his name.
"But how I can know I'm saved? someone says. God says: "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved." Have you believed? Remember Me been baptized? Yes? Then you are safe. How do I know? I know based on the best evidence from around the world. God says you are. Need further evidence than this? "I feel it." Feel it! Are your own feelings better than the testimony of God? Will you try asking God a liar more than signs and evidences its absolutely sure word of testimony? I have no evidence other than your absolutely sure word of testimony. I have no evidence to this day I dare to trust for my salvation than this, that rest in Christ alone with all my heart, soul and strength. "I have no other refuge," and if you have that evidence, is all the evidence you need to look this day. After you come to other testimonies of grace in your heart, and you will form clusters and adorn the doctrine you profess, but now, your first concern must be to believe in Jesus.
"I have asked faith," says one. Well, what do you mean? Believing in Jesus Christ is God's gift, but it must be an act of yours. Do you think God will think for you, or believe that the Holy Spirit instead of us? What should you believe the Holy Spirit? You must believe for yourself or you lose. He can not lie. Do not believe in Him? The twist to be believed, I trusted him and be saved, and thy prayer will be answered.
I can hear one that says Cone in which I have been saved, but I'm waiting for the salvation of others in response to my prayers "Dear friend, I will." He who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and the caller, will open. "" But I have sought the conversion of that person for years with much prayer. "You shall have, or someday you'll know why it has not been, and you'll be happy with it.
Keep praying with hope . There are many who have had the answer to their prayers for others after death. I think they have remembered another occasion the father who for many years prayed for their sons and daughters, however, not only did not convert but were exceedingly mundane. Came time to die. He gathered his children around his bed, waiting to give testimony as to Christ at the last minute that could be blessed by their conversion. But unfortunately for him, he had great trouble in his soul, because he had doubts of his own interest in Christ. He was one of the sons of God who come to the deathbed in darkness. But the worst of their fears was that their dear children to realize their anguish and stay with prejudices against religion. The good man was buried and his sons were at the funeral, and God answered the prayer of the man that day, because as they left the tomb, they told each other, "Brother, our father had a very unfortunate death." "Yes, brother, I was very amazed by it, because I never saw a better man than our father." Ah, "said the first brother," if a holy man as our father found it hard to die for us is one thing terrible when the time comes, because we have faith. "The same thought had beaten them all, and led to the cross, so that the good man's prayer was heard in a mysterious way. Heaven and earth shall pass away but while living God, prayer must be heard. As God is faithful to his word, the prayers are not in vain. The Lord give you grace to exercise it on them continually. Amen.
